Morning/Evening

At this level, the students will study the first part of the book Hebrew from Scratch part 1, and learn the basics of the Hebrew language: The Hebrew Alphabet, basic sentence construction, and the unique verb system in the present tense, along with the grammar of the Hebrew language. The students will also learn a wide array of Hebrew vocabulary. The students will read texts and dialogs, write short essays, and converse in basic Hebrew among themselves and with the teachers. By the end of this semester, the students will have the basic foundation to write and read in Hebrew, understand and speak the language.
